Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Consultant for a project developing AI-driven digital solutions, intelligent automation, and next-generation customer experiences.

The project is focused on designing AI-driven digital solutions and intelligent user experiences. It includes building AI-enabled applications, recommendation systems, intelligent automation capabilities, and next-generation solutions powered by AI and machine learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing business requirements and designing Salesforce solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Leading workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Defining solution architecture, best practices, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborating with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing architectural guidance and supporting solution delivery.
- Participating in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and client presentations.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for customers on Salesforce capabilities and transformation initiatives.
- Representing the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events as a speaker or subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar role for 5+ years.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading customer workshops and stakeholder management activities.
- Experience in solution design, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Readiness to participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and estimations.
- Confidence in conducting workshops and representing the company at conferences, events, and customer meetings.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
- Level of Polish – from native.
