The IT company Andersen invites a Personnel Officer to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Full-cycle personnel administration (staff of 150+ employees): processing hires, transfers, terminations; tracking sick leave and business trips; creating vacation schedules; managing leave balances and approvals; issuing certificates; calculating compensation; maintaining timesheets; preparing reports.

– Storing and maintaining established personnel documentation.

– Familiarizing employees with local regulations and other internal documents.

– Advising employees on personnel matters and labor law.

– Processing non-disclosure agreements.

– Drafting and managing apprenticeship contracts.

– Collaborating with the personnel department, accounting, HR managers, and recruitment team.

– Coordinating personnel matters with HR departments in other countries.

– Managing postal correspondence.

Requirements

– Higher education.

– Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

– Experience as a personnel specialist for at least 3 years.

– Comprehensive knowledge of personnel administration.

– Experience working with the Enbek portal.

– Experience with electronic document management (EDM) and AIFC will be an advantage.

– Experience onboarding remote employees.

– Experience processing foreign nationals.

– Ability to multitask.

– High motivation.

– High level of independence and responsibility, strong communication skills, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative, persistence.

– English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
