Andersen is hiring a Backend Developer (.NET) for a project developing cloud-native, microservices-based applications and scalable high-performance web solutions on AWS.
The customer is a global information and analytics provider that delivers critical data, insights, and technology-driven solutions to clients across business, finance, and government sectors. The company serves major industries worldwide to help customers improve operational efficiency and make well-informed decisions by combining extensive market intelligence with advanced analytics and expertise.
The project is focused on developing cloud-native, microservices-based software applications deployed on AWS Kubernetes. It emphasizes scalable, high-performance web solutions, modern engineering practices, and continuous delivery of commercial products that address complex business needs.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications and microservices
- Building scalable, maintainable solutions deployed in AWS Cloud and orchestrated via Kubernetes.
- Participating in requirements, gathering and collaborating with project teams and business analysts to understand and refine system needs.
- Ensuring high-quality, on‑time delivery throughout the entire application lifecycle.
- Following Agile Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promoting knowledge-sharing and collaboration across development teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, RESTful services, and databases for 4+ years.
- Experience in microservices development.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) processes.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Proven experience with deploying applications to AWS Cloud services.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within Agile Scrum methodology.
- Participation in requirements gathering and implementation of system components.
- Ability to collaborate with project teams and business analysts to define and understand requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Automated Unit Testing practices.
