Summary

Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master in Germany for a project driving Agile transformation and supporting large-scale digital initiatives in enterprise technology environments.

Our customer is a large infrastructure organization focused on operating and enhancing complex, business-critical systems. The company invests in digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and decision-making across large-scale processes. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, it develops scalable technology capabilities that support long-term organizational growth and evolving operational needs.

The project is focused on supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives by providing Agile coaching and Scrum Mastering services for SAP-based maintenance digitalization and EHS/ESG programs. It aims to improve Agile delivery, team collaboration, and product development processes while driving the successful implementation of enterprise-wide digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Agile coaching and Scrum Mastering for MAFID and EHS programs.
  • Facilitation of Scrum events and workshops.
  • Coaching Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Supporting parallel Scrum teams and alignment.
  • Conducting OKR workshops and value stream analysis.
  • Advising on Agile practices and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master for 7+ years.
  • PSM III certification or an equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience working in parallel Scrum environments.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with SAP PM or mobile maintenance solutions.
  • Experience coaching Product Owners.
  • Experience working in SAFe environments.
  • Knowledge of EHS and/or ESG domains.
  • Experience with OKRs, value stream analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools.
