Andersen is hiring a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a project modernizing a banking CRM platform and enhancing digital customer services through scalable solutions.
The customer is a financial institution operating in the banking sector and providing a wide range of services for corporate, institutional, and individual clients. Its activities cover corporate banking, investment solutions, treasury services, asset management, capital markets, and digital banking products. The company supports businesses and organizations across different markets, with a focus on reliable financial services, long-term client relationships, innovation, and the development of modern banking technologies.
The project is focused on modernizing a retail banking platform with a primary focus on the CRM ecosystem supporting digital banking products and customer application processes. It includes enhancing a highly customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, optimizing integrations and business workflows, and improving scalability and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to meet business requirements.
- Implementing and maintaining plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom integrations.
- Collaborating with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications.
- Optimizing existing CRM processes, enhancing data integrity, and improving user experience.
- Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and quality assurance processes.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, deployment guides, and releasing notes.
- Supporting ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 environments.
- Working closely with the KSA-based project management team to ensure deliverables align with project milestones and SLAs.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development for 3+ years.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM 9.x, preferably on-premise implementations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Flows, complex business scenarios, custom statuses, transitions, and approval flows.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining workflows, plugins, custom messages, custom actions, and server-side CRM extensions.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, CRM SDK, Web API, and plugin registration tools.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level CRM solutions with high transaction volume and large customer bases.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and maintain complex CRM implementations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders, analysts, integration teams, QA engineers, and other technical teams.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience in banking, retail banking, lending, credit cards, personal finance, or asset application systems.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise environments in large enterprise organizations.
- Experience with high-load CRM systems supporting hundreds of thousands of active customers and large daily transaction volumes.
- Experience with integrations through middleware platforms and business layers for digital channels.
- Knowledge of STP, DST, NST, staff-related workflows, or similar banking process flows.
- Experience with Qarar, decision engines, SI middleware, VBL business layers, or channel integrations for iOS, Android, and internet banking portals.
- Experience with performance tuning, CRM scalability, data migration, and production support.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, auditability, and regulated banking environments.
