Delivery Manager

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Delivery Manager for a project modernizing a healthcare platform through digital transformation, system integration, and scalable enterprise solutions.

The customer is a private healthcare provider operating medical facilities and delivering a wide range of multi-specialty services. The organization focuses on patient-centered care supported by modern technologies and standardized processes. It is actively investing in digital transformation, including EMR systems, workflow automation, and integrated IT solutions, with a strong emphasis on data, interoperability, and information security.

The project is focused on modernizing a healthcare HIS/ERP ecosystem by introducing a scalable microservices architecture, enhancing system integrations, improving data management and analytics, and ensuring compliance with healthcare security and privacy standards. It also aims to establish an efficient governance model and delivery approach to support successful implementation and long-term platform evolution.

Responsibilities

• Managing a pipeline of projects
• Managing timelines, risks and business expectations of the customer.
• Ensuring efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management.
• Planning, control and allocation of project budgets.
• Close communication with internal/external project stakeholders.
• Forecasting the project's growth and decline.
• Constant monitoring and improvement of team performance metrics.
• Performing RFP analysis.
• Preparing an evaluation of the proposed solution.
• Preparing a commercial proposal for the client (including presentation).
• Team building and managing project timelines.
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising supervised projects.
• Communicating regularly with customers on business development, strategies and objectives.
• Maintaining reports and necessary documentation for customers.

Requirements

• Experience of IT project management for 6+ years (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change and risk management).
• Experience as a Delivery Manager for 3+ years.
• Experience in the healthcare domain, strong understanding about clinical flows and business processes.
• Solid understanding of project management including various methodologies and tools.
• Experience of managing projects under various T&M contracts and Fix Price.
• Good technical knowledge (developer, architect, system analyst).
• Practical knowledge of Agile, software product development life cycle model (SDLC).
• Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques, experience in requirements management.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
