About the event

Business Analysts, ride the wave of productivity! Now is the time to figure out how to organize an efficient audit of the customer’s business on-site, comprehend all internal business processes, and generate ideas for future software solutions.

Olga Kletskina (BA, PO I/SM I) will talk about all this (and more!) on March 14th at Tech Talks with Andersen.

The participants will also learn how to:

  • draw up a visit program;
  • adjust the initial audit plan to match the actual situation;
  • document the results.

See you then!

It is interesting for:

Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, and other specialists participating in the Discovery phase on a regular basis.
