QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript) in India

The IT company Andersen invites an QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript) in India to work on a large scale project.

The project is the development of a CRM system that optimizes business processes related to marketing and customer service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, executing and maintaining automation scripts using JS.
• Creating and maintaining QA artifacts including test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs defects through TFS (Microsoft Team Foundation Server).
• Guide the team members on new test automation and review their test scripts to ensure good quality, low maintenance test script development and adhering to the defined coding standards.
• Planning and implementing upgrades of newer version of automation tools in QA Environments.
• Developing, maintaining and executing Manual Test Cases to complement Automation test execution using MTM (Microsoft Test manager).
• Start involving in Identifying and/or evaluating current departmental processes and developing/recommending new processes as needed to maximize performance (i.e. efficiencies and quality).

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer for 5+ years.
• Previous work experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester.
• Experience in testing web applications (.Net Core, AngularJS).
• Experience with software test management tools, test automation, defect management and QA reporting.
• Clear understanding of CI/CD process;
• Understanding of testing protocols.
• Experience in software testing and different types of tests.
• Knowledge of software development process.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.
