The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Manager in the MENA market to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Client acquisition and development in the MENA market.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with the client’s company and key people on the client’s side.
- Identifying potential problems and finding solutions to address them in collaboration with the Andersen team.
- Developing an account development plan and strategy.
- Responsibility for growth in close cooperation with the Andersen production team.
- Solving current problems and tasks.
- Sales and pre-sales activities, developing presentations and proposals to support the account development plan and strategy.
- Responsibility for profitability and financial efficiency on assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and client acquisition from 3+ years.
- Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills.
- Conversation and communication skills C-Level people.
- Level of Arab - from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
Desired skills
- Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry and how the major processes function.
- Experience in creating and implementing account development plans and strategies.
