Junior QA Automation Engineer (Python)

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing frontend/backend automated test cases.
• Maintaining and extending available test suits.
• Reviewing nightly test execution – fix tests or report bugs.
• Collaborating actively with other team members toward automation improvements.
• Participating in the adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Producing clean and stable code.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer for 6+ months.
• Experience in test automation using Python.
• Experience in testing using Selenium/Playwright.
• Understanding of core OOP concepts.
• Understanding of key web automation concepts: Page Object, Page Element.
• Experience in testing web applications and APIs.
• Experience in writing test documentation.
• Experience with microservice architecture testing.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Automation testing framework creation experience.
