Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating the project roadmap.
  • Working with the team to organize processes and motivate the team.
  • Sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Conducting grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Risk management.
  • Setting up, adapting, and managing project processes from requirements gathering to technical support.
  • Interacting with clients, negotiating, and managing timelines, risks, and customer business expectations.
  • Regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience as an IT Project Manager for 3+ years.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile and the software development life cycle (SDLC) model.
  • Experience in project management using various methodologies.
  • Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and stress resistance.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Technical background.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Fintech, Automotive domains.
