Summary

The international IT company Andersen invites a Delivery Manager to work on a large-scale project for one of our USA customers.

The customer is a global corporate travel payment solution owned and operated by the world’s airlines. The network consists of major airlines that issue charge cards accepted by thousands of merchants around the world for air, rail, cruise and travel agency payments.

The project is the development of a corporate travel payment network, integrating systems like PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard to enable secure, seamless, and efficient financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing good connections with the customer's management, our and their development teams, 3rd party companies and gaining a high trust level.
  • Coordinating a complex technical partnership and integration between partners.
  • Pushing the development excellence forward, implementing Scaled team and scope management frameworks.
  • Analyzing current project status in order to find gaps in timelines, priorities, scope and SDLC practices.
  • Participating in the discovery stages of the projects to create development plans and optimize resource allocation and scope management.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Delivery Manager for 5+ years.
  • Ability to manage expectations and conflicts with multiple parties and stakeholders.
  • Skills in scope planning, SDLC optimizations and discovery phases.
  • Strong project management background and delivery management experience.
  • Skills and team performance analytics.
  • Experience in implementation of Agile frameworks and their adjustment accordingly to project needs.
  • Good soft and personal skills.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • PSM and/or PSPO certification.
  • Business/systems analyst background to support discovery phases and audit current scope.
  • Fintech domain expertise.
