The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join its team for working with a company from Switzerland.

The customer is a Swiss-based holiday apartment sharing community, founded in 1963, offers over 5,000 holiday apartments across 56 resorts in Europe. Their sustainable business model allows members to invest in and enjoy various prime locations without owning a single property, promoting mindful and eco-friendly holidays.

The project focuses on the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for optimized digital marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Architecting and implementing Marketing Cloud Account design (multi-BU strategy).
• Setting up Sender Authentication Package (SAP) and domain configuration.
• Configuring CRM Connector, synchronizing standard/custom Salesforce objects.
• Designing and implementing audience structures and attribute groups.
• Creating and managing user’s and custom roles.
• Implementing secure access control aligned with organizational policies.
• Developing and implementing a custom email preference center.
• Creating email preference logic and integrating it into journeys.
• Developing modular, multi-language email templates.
• Structuring email asset folders for scale and reusability.
• Automating email message creation with dynamic and personalized content.
• Designing and implementing customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Configuring event triggers, suppression lists, and logic-based automation flows.
• Setting up campaign attribution within SFMC and CRM.
• Connecting and configuring Google Analytics 360 and Google Ads.
• Leveraging audience data for better targeting and tracking.
• Planning and executing IP warming processes.
• Uploading audiences, preparing warm-up content, configuring related journeys.
• Maintaining warmed IPs to ensure deliverability.
• Designing SFMC dashboards, SendLog schema, and reporting mechanisms.
• Providing insights on campaign effectiveness and data health.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist for 2+ years.
• Proficiency in SFMC tools: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder.
• Familiarity with AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for dynamic content and segmentation.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and data extensions.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance and best practices for email preference and opt-out management.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Consultant certifications.
