The IT company Andersen invites a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a company’s MarTech stack.
• Collaborating closely with SalesOps specialists in order to maintain accurate data and ensure 100% alignment across different teams’ activities.
• Creating and enforcing marketing processes and workflows.
• Identifying problems and inefficiencies in current processes and workflows and design solutions.
• Measuring ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Calculating KPI for Marketing department.
• Creating accurate reports and dashboards to measure the efficiency of marketing teams and campaigns.
• Managing budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a field related to business administration, economics or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from marketing data.
• Knowledge of database structures, data hygiene, analytics and attribution.
• Highly analytical person who has an eagle-eye attention to detail.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Initiative and drive individual who is not afraid to implement new solutions.
• A multi passionate learner who enjoys learning about a wide variety of different topics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Understanding of the marketing ecosystem and processes.
• Experience in Salesforce/HubSpot.
