The IT company Andersen invites an Interviews Administrator to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling interviews.
- Working in Jira, CRM, 1CS.
- Managing tasks to final status.
- Assigning interviewers and trainers.
- Maintaining Wiki and updating instructions.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-load operational environment for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of Jira (or similar systems), ability to work with tasks, statuses, SLA.
- Basic skills in Excel.
- Experience in business correspondence, coordination between multiple participants (internal and external), including in messengers and email.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Desired skills
- Knowledge of English.
