Motion Designer

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Motion Designer to join its team for working with our partners from Cyprus.

The customer is an online trading leader in the international foreign exchange market, which offers client support in 15 languages. Its key service is the conduction of trading operations in the Forex market for retail traders. The main regions of the customer’s presence are Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

The project is a platform built as a high-load distributed system; it has web and mobile versions. The platform offers a wide range of financial instruments: currency pairs, metals, cryptocurrencies, energy, indices, and stocks.

Responsibilities

• Storyboarding and concepting motion graphic content, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity and campaign objectives.
• Designing and animating visually compelling content for various digital platforms, including promotional videos, branded content, instructional materials, and animated UI elements.
• Collaborating closely with the social media team to understand campaign goals and ensure that all motion graphic content is on-brand and impactful.
• Organizing and managing all design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.
• Reviewing and refining motion graphic content to ensure high-quality output, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in motion design and social media to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve and finalize motion graphic content.

Requirements

• Experience in motion design for 4+ years.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation, editing, and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
• Good understanding of video formats, compression techniques and format requirements/constraints.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with remote teams.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience working in fast-paced marketing or tech environments
• Familiarity with sound design or audio syncing.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with localization workflows.
