The IT company Andersen invites a Sales/Account Manager KSA onsite to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing regional sales strategies.
  • Generating leads and developing opportunities from initial qualification to deal closure.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process; developing tailored proposals and closing high-value deals.
  • Taking over newly signed clients and developing them further through upselling and exceptional service delivery coordination.
  • Ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations; managing escalations and proactively mitigating delivery risks.
  • Handling pricing discussions, renewals, scope changes, and margin management.
  • Conducting regular governance sessions; leading QBRs to ensure satisfaction and surface new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years.
  • Proven track record of new business wins and long-term client development.
  • Experience in attracting new clients and their long-term development.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes, negotiation skills, and cross-functional coordination.
  • CRM and proposal/RFP process experience.
  • Level of Arabic – Advanced and above.
  • Level of English – Advanced and above.

Desired skills

  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.
  • Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology.
