The IT company Andersen invites a Business Analyst to join its team for working with a company from Oman.
The customer is a pioneering financial institution in the Sultanate of Oman. It aims to support the housing and construction sectors, contributing to the country's economic development. The bank focuses on achieving shareholder objectives and developing human capital through efficient banking operations and a motivating work environment. It actively supports Omani citizens by offering subsidized financing and reducing waiting list delays.
The project is to support the governance, strategic planning, and operational alignment of the Super App and broader housing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracks project success.
- Developing policy documents, governance structures, and escalation workflows.
- Identifying MVP features and prioritizing them based on market impact.
- Mapping customer journeys and refining automation processes.
- Conducting regulatory gap analysis and ensures compliance monitoring.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years.
- Experience in banking sector (loans) and digital transformations.
- Experience in discovery projects, gap analysis, and interaction with banks and auditors.
- Proficiency in tools for describing user flows, diagrams, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in GAPS analaysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
