Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Graphic Designer to join its team for working with a company from Saudi Arabia.

The customer is a holding company in the labor market in Saudi Arabia, operating under the Ministry of Labor. The company serves not only individuals but also entire segments in the public and private sectors.

The project is a job search platform connecting non-Saudi job seekers with employers in Saudi Arabia. It aims to attract top professionals globally, improve labor relations, and enhance talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and adapting infographics, icons, and visual explainers.
  • Supporting with image editing and preparation for the platform.
  • Assisting with video editing, including simple cuts, overlays, and branding adjustments.
  • Collaborating with the UI/UX designer (Inna) and external agency to ensure visual consistency.
  • Preparing media assets for marketing and presentation purposes.
  • Being available for quick turnarounds when additional media is needed.
  • Helping with content creation.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Graphic Desiner 2+ years.
  • Deep knowledge of modern UI/UX design processes and human centred design principles.
  • Understanding of UX principles, personas, usability.
  • Good communication skills and ownership of identifying design steps from goals and vision.
  • Experience in an Agile-environment.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
