Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Product Designer on-site in the UAE to join its team for working on a challenging and rewarding project.
The customer is a UAE-based fintech company offering a comprehensive spend management platform designed to streamline corporate expense tracking, automate financial workflows, and enhance visibility into business spending. The platform integrates with major ERP systems and includes features like smart corporate cards, loyalty rewards, and real-time analytics.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
- Translating product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Designing and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers in agile sprints to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to validate design decisions.
- Analyzing user data and feedback to continuously improve the UX.
- Advocating for design best practices and user-centered design across the organization.
- Mentoring junior designers and providing feedback through design reviews.
- Ensuring design consistency and quality across all platforms (web/mobile).
Requirements
- Experience in UI/UX or product design roles for 4+ years.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and impactful product UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Skills in designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
