Business/System Analyst

Summary

Andersen, an international IT-company, invites an experienced Business/System Analyst to work on a large-scale project in the field of Automotive.

The customer is a global leader in autonomous vehicle technology. With deep roots in the AV industry, it combines cutting-edge robotics, machine learning, and automotive engineering. The company operates in several locations including Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, and Singapore, and is recognized for its strong safety-first philosophy and innovative leadership.

The project is the development of a custom Android-based app integrated with the client's internal SDK. The app will enhance passenger experience by visualizing location tracking, route progress, and interactive features on rear passenger displays.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintaining product backlog and supporting sprint planning.
• Defining software requirements and user scenarios for UI/UX and development.
• Collaborating with the customer to capture SDK integration and localization needs.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Business/System Analyst for 3+ years.
• Experience in Automotive (knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 26262).
• Experience in documenting requirements in the User Story format.
• Experience in designing and developing software documentation.
• Experience in modeling business processes (UML, ERD, BPMN).
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with mapping/navigation software.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least Jira and Confluence).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
