Andersen invites a Team Lead Backend Developer (Node.js) to join a project with a Cyprus-based B2B casino and sportsbook platform provider. The role involves developing a scalable platform with a gamification engine, supporting 60+ brands across jurisdictions.
The customer is a leading B2B casino and sportsbook platform provider, renowned for its branded gamification engine that enhances player engagement across casino and sports domains. With over 60 brands and licenses in multiple jurisdictions, it offers a universal suite of products and services.
The project is developing a B2B casino and sportsbook platform.
Responsibilities
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
- Hiring and training technical personnel
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
- Delegating work and assignments to team members
- Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems
- Developing an in-house platform.
- Integrating 3rd party APIs.
- Actively participating in developing new features from scratch.
Requirements
- Experience in development for 5+ years.
- Experience as a Team Lead for 2+ years.
- Commercial experience with Node.js and Nest.js for 3+ years.
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standards.
- Commercial experience of working with DB.
- Commercial experience of implementing the REST and WebSockets.
- Experience of GIT version control system.
- Experience with RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Redis.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience with ClickHouse.
