QA Engineer

Summary

Andersen invites a QA Engineer for our USA client project focused on building a global travel payment platform. The role involves testing two key solutions: a chatbot for smarter user support and an SDLC tool to streamline development and improve delivery control.

The customer is a global corporate travel payment solution owned and operated by the world’s airlines. The network consists of major airlines that issue charge cards accepted by thousands of merchants around the world for air, rail, cruise and travel agency payments.

The project is designing and developing two key solutions: a chatbot to enhance user communication and support through intelligent interactions, and an SDLC management tool aimed at streamlining development workflows, improving team collaboration, and ensuring better control over software delivery processes.

The position assumes 12 to 22 CET work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to web solution testing.
• Primarily performing API, database, and integration testing.
• Developing an MVP chatbot that parses UATP spaces to provide the development team and external non-technical users with relevant technical documentation.
• Creating an MVP of an SDLC automation tool for generating automated documentation and analyzing release quality and readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in QA for 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including black-box and gray-box testing.
• Proven experience in creating test cases, checklists, and test plans, particularly for AI-based systems.
• Skills in exploratory testing techniques for conversational interfaces.
• Experience in testing natural language processing (NLP) responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Validating fallback mechanisms for unhandled or unanswered queries.
• Proficiency in testing API integrations (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Working knowledge of basic SQL for data validation.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
