Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Backend Developer (.NET) in Abu Dhabi to join its team for working with a company from UAE.

The customer is a governmental institution in the UAE, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The customer’s vision is to assume a pioneering role in supporting the country’s decision-makers. Its mission is to provide support and consultation to decision-makers and to develop a distinguished and high-quality level of competence.

The project is a fully on-premise application designed to ensure complete data privacy, offline availability, and seamless integration with the customer’s existing infrastructure. All core components – including APIs, databases, monitoring tools, and authentication systems – are hosted locally.

Technology stack on the project: .NET, C#, React, Azure + on-premise, Deep Secure CDR, FileNet, Oracle.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the backend development team, including task allocation, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Assisting mid-level engineers and ensuring technical quality and consistency across the team.
  • Contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using modern C#/.NET technologies.
  • Collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in backend development with C# and .NET for 4+ years.
  • Experience as a Team Lead, managing at least 2-3 developers.
  • Solid knowledge of Deep Secure CDR, FileNet, and Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, and API development.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

  • Experience working with on-premise solutions and deployment.
