Summary

Andersen invites an Agile Coach for a Media & Telecom project with a leading telecommunications provider. The role involves implementing Agile frameworks, coaching teams, and conducting workshops.

The customer is a telecommunications pioneer that offers a wide range of voice, data, broadband, and digital solutions for both individual and corporate clients. The company actively drives innovation, including 4G LTE and 5G, and contributes to the country’s digital transformation in collaboration with government entities and the private sector. Beyond core services, the company is deeply engaged in corporate social responsibility, supporting initiatives in education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, youth empowerment, and sports.

The project centers on modernizing an existing backend system, with a key focus on migrating Strapi to version 5 and aligning the architecture with an upgraded NX Monorepo.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing current delivery practices and Agile maturity.
  • Defining and implementing Agile frameworks tailored to the customer’s structure.
  • Coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
  • Conducting workshops, ceremonies, and training sessions.
  • Providing ongoing support and creating Agile playbooks and sustainability plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in Agile for 3+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and digital delivery tools.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to work across DevOps, frontend, backend, and security domains.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
