The IT company Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master for a U.S.-based project with a global travel payment provider.
The customer is a global corporate travel payment solution owned and operated by the world’s airlines. The network consists of major airlines that issue charge cards accepted by thousands of merchants around the world for air, rail, cruise and travel agency payments.
The project is a platform that helps reduce payment processing costs and streamline travel expense management for organizations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Running Agile meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) to keep the team focused and improving.
- Leading sprint demos, showing stakeholders what the team delivered.
- Managing releases, working with other teams to remove blockers.
- Keeping the Scrum/Kanban board (Jira/Trello) clean and up to date.
- Protecting the team from distractions so they can focus on their goals.
- Helping the team organise itself while keeping progress smooth.
- Working with the Product Owner to prioritise tasks and refine the backlog.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master (or Agile Coach) in software development for 3+ years.
- Proven track record of leading successful demos and managing releases.
- Strong familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or similar tools).
- Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

- CSM certification.
