The IT company Andersen invites a Head of L&D Department to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the selection process and interviews with clients, and prepare our candidates accordingly.
  • Organize training for employees on hard and soft skills for interviews with clients, monitor the speed and quality of preparation, and develop approaches to quality assessment.
  • Analyze the need for experts to conduct interviews and expand the pool of interviewers in collaboration with technology experts.
  • Optimize and improve employee preparation processes based on feedback from internal and external clients.
  • Provide statistics on the department's performance and conduct brainstorming sessions with top management on systemic process improvements.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the interview scheduling team, coordinate department operations, and improve key performance indicators.
  • Optimize current department processes, develop and implement new processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Make decisions and implement changes to achieve the company’s business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Higher education in pedagogy or management.
  • Experience in the role of Head of Learning and Development Department for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in team management of at least 5 people.
  • Skills in negotiation, presentation, and defending ideas and solutions at the management level.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to structure and systematize information.
  • Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to organize workflows and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to plan, delegate, and monitor task completion.
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a multitasking environment in dynamic conditions.
  • English language proficiency - from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Understanding of IT specifics and experience working in IT.
  • Basic proficiency with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
