Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Architect to enhance and integrate Salesforce solutions for a global tech company, streamlining workflows and supporting tool development.

The customer is a global tech company operating one of the largest online review platforms. Founded in Denmark in 2007, it enables users to share feedback on businesses, helping others make informed decisions. With millions of reviews and users worldwide, the company offers both free and premium tools, and is known for its focus on transparency, trust, and a diverse, international team.

The project is focused on enhancing and integrating Salesforce solutions to streamline workflows across Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing. Working within a cross-functional team, you will contribute to building scalable internal tools and customer-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end development of custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce), ensuring scalability and business alignment.
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and enforcing best practices through code reviews.
• Designing and overseeing integrations with third-party systems for seamless data flow.
• Automating processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to improve efficiency.
• Ensuring quality via comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT) and performance optimization.
• Managing deployments with minimal downtime using change control and versioning.
• Maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Staying updated on Salesforce innovations and driving continuous improvement in tools and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce development for 4+ years.
• Deep experience with Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, integrations) and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and guide a development team, ensuring high standards of code quality, collaboration, and productivity.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on building scalable, efficient solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and other technical teams to translate requirements into successful Salesforce solutions.
• Passionate about coaching and developing team members, ensuring they grow and succeed in their Salesforce development careers.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
