The IT company Andersen invites a Lead HR Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities
- Collection of feedback from employees on various aspects.
- Analysis of employee data.
- Management and analysis of HR metrics.
- Cooperation with HRD on the development of HR managers.
- Interaction with other departments within the company.
- Conducting individual meetings with HR managers.
- Setting KPIs and OKRs for the HR team in the region.
- Selection and onboarding of new HR managers.
- Reconciliation of local policies with global programs and ensuring timely updates to information on company wikis in regional offices.
- Regular monitoring of risks of employee attrition in the region and participation in complex cases of employee retention.
- Compliance with the company's dismissal policy.
- Engagement of employees in the region through various initiatives.
- Budgeting and completion of HR tasks.
- Attraction of new talent through promotion of the company's referral program.
- Control and support of an employee's relocation process (initiating discussions, facilitating communication, contacting future HR representatives, monitoring equipment ticket issuance, etc.).
- Conducting employee recruitment and termination processes.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Lead HR Manager or in a position close to the HR profile for at least 2 years.
- Managerial experience and skills in leading a distributed team.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work culture and HR brand for the company.
- Capacity to work in a multitasking environment and process large volumes of information.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Management skills and ability to take responsibility.
- Systematic approach to task execution, high level of accountability, and leadership skills.
- Level of English proficiency - Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Work experience in IT.
