Andersen is hiring a UX/UI Designer in the EU for a project with a German tech leader. The role involves designing a chatbot web app for internal use.
The customer is a German company, one of the leading global developers of innovative technologies. The company works with all big names in the automotive industry (Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bosch, Bugatti, Chrysler, Fiat, Volkswagen, Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz) and the research sector. And it is involved from initial conceptualization to real-life road testing.
The project is a chatbot web application designed for internal use to help employees optimize their work processes. It enables users to search for information within internal systems, analyze various types of documents, and generate images, streamlining daily tasks and improving overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Creating mockups based on requirements and the client's style guide.
- Organizing and structuring information in Figma.
- Managing and extending the design system.
- Creating user flows and edge cases with wireframes.
- Collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Participating in the client's call.
- Generating the UX ideas for improvements.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer with a relevant portfolio for 2+ years.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
- Strong understanding and work experience with variables and components.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Ability to conduct basic user research and apply insights.
- Experience in responsive design for web and mobile.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
