Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Trainee Project Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Theoretical and practical preparation for work on a commercial project.
  • Practical training in SCRUM technology on a training project.
  • Knowledge acquisition control and feedback.
  • Development of soft skills and presentation skills in English.

Requirements

  • English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Passion for exploring new areas and digesting large volumes of information.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and genuine enthusiasm.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, French, Arabic).
  • Technical skills (software development tools, OOP, testing).
  • Foundational knowledge of project management (methodologies and terminology).
  • Technical or managerial education.
