Andersen is hiring a Pardot Specialist/Administrator for a project with a global client in the Biotechnology Research industry.
The customer is a global manufacturer of reagents and contract services for the diagnostics and life sciences sectors, with 70+ years of experience and operations across six countries. The company is known for its strong focus on quality, innovation, and international collaboration.
The project is focused on the setup, optimization, and ongoing support of the client's Pardot instance.
Responsibilities
- Migrating users and functionality from Pardot Classic to Lightning, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Configuring and maintaining user sync, connectors, and data synchronization between Salesforce and Pardot.
- Reviewing and optimizing the Pardot data model, including fields, mappings, and completion actions.
- Setting up and managing Connected Campaigns, ensuring proper sync of campaigns and members between Salesforce and Pardot.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation rules, page actions, and incorrect prospect data.
- Performing full data audit and executing data cleanup, including removal or correction of invalid records.
- Automating identification and fixing of incorrect or duplicate prospect data.
- Updating and refining scoring and grading models based on MQL/SQL criteria.
- Implementing MQL handoff processes and notification workflows.
- Enabling, building, and testing Lightning Email Templates, ensuring proper display across email providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Pardot Lightning, including user and functionality migration from Pardot Classic for 3+ years.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce–Pardot integration, including user sync, connectors, and Connected Campaigns.
- Experience in Pardot data model configuration, including fields, mappings, completion actions, and automation rules.
- Hands-on experience performing data audits, cleanup, and managing duplicate or incorrect records.
- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing scoring and grading models based on MQL/SQL logic.
- Experience building notification workflows and implementing MQL handoff processes.
- Ability to create and test Lightning Email Templates for cross-platform compatibility.
- Experience with Salesforce Core, including no-code development (flows, automation, admin configuration) in a production org.
- Experience with Salesforce Core or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

- Knowledge of Tableau or CRM Analytics.
