The IT company Andersen invites a Contact Center Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Customer information support: in calls, live chat.
  • Phone calls and calls with the sales department are possible.
  • Processing of applications for subsequent transfer to the sales department.

Requirements

  • Higher or incomplete higher education (final year students).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good communication skills and a desire to develop business communication.
  • Excellent work both in a team and independently, the ability to prioritize and effectively perform several tasks at the same time.
  • Level of English – from Advanced and above.
