Andersen invites a Junior Go Developer in Almaty for a project with a major Kazakh microfinance organization. The role focuses on developing a front-office system to support customer service operations.
The customer is the market leader and the largest microfinance organization in Kazakhstan. It represents a business model of a classic microfinance organization, successfully adapted to the economy of Kazakhstan, focused on financing micro and small businesses, predominantly in rural areas. The company is focused on building long-term partnership relationships with clients based on mutual trust, understanding, and respect.
The project is a front-office system for bank employees designed to support customer service processes. It covers operations such as opening accounts and deposits, issuing loans, client onboarding and transfer, restructuring, and task management for staff.
Technology stack: Go, Fiber, Docker, Sentry, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Firebird, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Camunda (BPM, workflow orchestration), GitLab.
Responsibilities
- Implementing new functionality.
- Supporting testing during business acceptance.
- Optimizing, refining and creating schemas in Camunda.
- Monitoring and logging of business processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Go development for 6+ months and knowledge of its features.
- Knowledge of Fiber framework.
- Experience with Docker.
- Knowledge of monitoring and tracking tools such as Sentry.
- Experience with version control systems, including GitLab.
- Knowledge of various databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Firebird.
- Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Knowledge of basic concepts of NoSQL databases such as Redis and MongoDB.
- Level of English – from Intermediate.
