Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Salesforce Developer to work on a large-scale internal project. The role focuses on improving scalability and streamlining key business processes.

Andersen is a European pre-IPO IT company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals: developers, architects, testers, analysts, and other specialists. For over 18 years, we have been building efficient digital solutions for customers worldwide, focusing on such business areas as FinTech, Healthcare, and Media & Entertainment.

The project is focused on migrating Andersen’s custom-built CRM system, designed around the company’s internal business processes, to the Salesforce platform. The CRM covers key functions such as candidate management, vacancy tracking, and sales processes. The goal is to transition to Salesforce to improve scalability, streamline operations, and enhance overall system efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Migrating data from the existing CRM to the new Salesforce environment.
  • Creating detailed technical tasks based on business and technical requirements.
  • Participating in investigations to identify and resolve issues during migration.
  • Performing data mapping between source and target systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce for 3+ year.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
  • Experience with creating and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automation tools
  • Strong communication skills and well-developed soft skills.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with Apex development.
  • Experience using ETL tools for data migration, preferably Talend Open Studio for Data integration.
