Andersen is hiring a Blockchain Developer in Dubai. The role involves developing an AI-powered platform to optimize workflows and deliver smart, data-driven solutions.

The customer is a Malaysia-based advertising agency, specializing in digital and out-of-home media. With hundreds of LED displays and exclusive rights to public transport advertising in Dubai, it is recognized as a regional leader in innovative marketing. The company has received multiple ASEAN awards for excellence and continues to integrate AI-driven and eco-friendly solutions to deliver impactful campaigns.

The project is the development of an AI-powered platform that integrates standards and technical content into clients’ engineering workflows. The solution addresses common challenges across engineering processes by delivering fast, accurate, and context-relevant knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and deploying secure smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains.
• Implementing advanced Solidity patterns (proxy, factory, diamond) with a strong focus on security and gas optimization.
• Integrating DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending platforms, oracles, governance mechanisms) into blockchain applications.
• Developing and maintaining full-stack blockchain solutions using Web3.js, Ethers.js, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Building APIs (REST/GraphQL) and managing off-chain data with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Conducting security audits, implementing MEV protection strategies, and applying zero-knowledge proof techniques where applicable.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of smart contracts.
• Monitoring blockchain events, ensuring system reliability, and scaling solutions with Layer 2 integrations.
• Leading and mentoring a team of blockchain developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in development and testing.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with securities law and regulatory frameworks (e.g., UAE VARA/ADGM).

Requirements

• Experience in Solidity development with mainnet deployments on Ethereum, Polygon, or Arbitrum for 5+ years.
• Strong knowledge of smart contract security, including reentrancy, oracle attacks, MEV protection, and formal verification.
• Proven experience with gas optimization techniques, including assembly, storage patterns, and batch operations.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, and Forge with 90%+ test coverage.
• In-depth knowledge of token standards (ERC-3643, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400) and DeFi integrations (Uniswap V3, SushiSwap, Balancer, Aave, Compound).
• Experience integrating oracles (Chainlink, Band Protocol) and implementing DAO governance structures.
• Full-stack integration experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, and Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Wagmi, RainbowKit).
• Expertise in smart contract audit tools (Slither, Mythril, Certora) and familiarity with multisig setups (e.g., Gnosis Safe).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in blockchain (securities law, UAE VARA/ADGM) and privacy solutions (ZKP, commit-reveal).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, blockchain event monitoring, and scaling solutions via Layer 2 or rollups.
• Proven track record of contributing to blockchain protocols with $1M+ TVL.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 3+ blockchain developers.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience in real estate tokenization (REITs, fractional ownership, property tokens).
• Background in institutional DeFi (lending, borrowing, yield generation).
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridge solutions (LayerZero, Axelar, or custom).
• Advanced MEV protection (flashloan defense, sandwich attack prevention).
• Experience in tokenomics design (incentive mechanisms, mint/burn models).
