Summary

Andersen is looking for a Junior Full Stack QA Engineer in India for a project with a global insurance company. The role involves supporting the creation of a Meta portal to improve the B2B2C customer experience.

The customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization.

The project aims to address the strong need for a Meta portal that can deliver a unified customer experience for B2B2C interactions. The primary goal is to cater to client needs by leveraging existing assets and providing digital solutions when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Performing both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
  • Designing, creating, and executing test suites and test cases based on product requirements.
  • Using Postman for API testing and Playwright for automated end-to-end testing.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and errors in the product.
  • Testing the product across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers to ensure cross-environment stability.
  • Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive testing documentation.
  • Constant clear communication across multiple teams, leading end2end integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience in manual and automated testing for 1+ year.
  • Experience with Postman for API testing and Playwright for UI test automation.
  • Solid understanding of test documentation processes.
  • Experience in bug reporting and tracking, with attention to detail and structured reporting.
  • Ability to test applications across various platforms, devices, and browsers.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance best practices and SDLC.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Good communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented Agile environment.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
