DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (AWS) to support cloud-native development, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions, helping deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital platforms.

The customer is a technology consulting partner focused on cloud modernization, data and analytics, and generative AI solutions. With over twenty years of experience, it supports organizations in migrating legacy systems, adopting cloud-native applications, and building scalable, secure architectures on leading platforms such as AWS. Its expertise spans SaaS development, DevOps, data modernization, and IT asset management, enabling clients to improve efficiency and accelerate business outcomes.

The project is focused on cloud-native application development, advanced data engineering, and AI-driven innovation. It leverages agentic and generative AI, computer vision, event-driven architecture, and IoT-powered automation to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advising and consulting on cloud service implementations to promote the adoption of application modernization patterns.
• Designing and building on complex multi-cloud architectures, ensuring cloud infrastructure, networking, and security follow the well-architected principles and align with industry compliance standards like NIST, CIS, etc.
• Following an agile delivery process and influence the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing tooling (such as Terraform) to ensure the infrastructure state is consistent.

Requirements

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer for 4+ years.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services (VPC, EC2, IAM, CloudWatch/Trail, S3).
• Proven experience with AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Data Migration Service (DMS), and AWS DataSync.
• Experience replatforming applications using AWS native services (RDS, AmazonMQ, FSx).
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Amazon CDK, or Terraform writing Infrastructure as Code.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
