Junior Business Analyst (1C)

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Junior Business Analyst (1C) for an internal project. The role focuses on supporting and improving a customized 1C system that covers core business processes within the company.

The project is implemented on the 1C platform and is fully customized for the company's business processes. The key components of the system include the financial part, which covers management accounting and company activity analysis. The process part of the system automates HR processes, as well as other business processes of the company.

Responsibilities

• Handling requests through the Atlassian ticketing system (resolving issues with data export, functionality bugs, improvements, and development of new features).
• Managing access rights and serving as the main communication point with the client.
• Promptly resolving issues related to the functionality of the 1C system and user interactions.

Requirements

• Experience working with the 1C system (understanding of its functionality) for 6+ months.
• Knowledge of business analysis and understanding of functional system requirements.
• Experience with ticketing systems (experience with Atlassian Jira is a plus).
• Strong client interaction skills and the ability to resolve both technical and business-related issues.
• Proactive approach to task resolution and communication with the team and clients.
• Ability to work confidently in a multitasking environment, handling 8 to 12 tasks simultaneously while strictly meeting deadlines.
• High level of self-organization and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.
