The IT company Andersen invites a Lead of Eastern Europe Division of Personnel Department to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Organize processes and manage personnel documentation and occupational safety operations.

– Establish personnel record-keeping and reporting systems, ensure compliance with labor laws.

– Oversee end-to-end personnel administration: hiring, terminations, transfers, personal files, leaves, work record books, and registers.

– Manage the personnel documentation department across the CIS region.

Requirements

– Experience managing a personnel documentation department for at least 5 years.

– Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

– Higher professional education.

– Expert knowledge of labor legislation.

– Proven experience in setting up personnel accounting and reporting systems.

– English proficiency - from Intermediate or above.

Desired skills

– Experience in personnel administration across CIS countries.
