The IT company Andersen invites a KPI Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities
– Development and implementation of employee motivation and bonus systems for meeting key performance indicators.
– Development of CRI and OKR systems by departments and positions, and monitoring their implementation.
– Administration of the KPI accounting system.
– Monitoring the implementation of key indicators to improve employee productivity.
– Conducting regular checks of employee performance indicators.
– Improvement and updating of existing KPI systems in the company.
– Preparation of summary reports and analytical materials to assess the effectiveness of departments and employees.
Requirements
– Higher education.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Ability to work in a multitasking environment and handle large volumes of information.
– Strong argumentation skills to defend your position.
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
– English proficiency - from Intermediate level or higher.
