Andersen is hiring a Product Designer for a global travel payment provider. The role focuses on redesigning a key FinTech app to modernize the user experience while preserving core functionality.
The customer is a global corporate travel payment solution owned and operated by the world’s leading airlines. Its network includes major carriers that issue charge cards accepted by thousands of travel-related merchants worldwide, covering air, rail, cruise, and agency payments. The platform also enables airlines to accept multiple payment methods, including alternatives, via integrated processing partners within the customer’s network.
The project is the complete rebuild of a critical FinTech application, aiming to innovate and improve the user experience while preserving the strengths of the legacy product.
Responsibilities
- Leading the redesign of key user flows; producing multiple iterations based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Translating subjective feedback into concrete, structural design improvements.
- Creating end-to-end deliverables: user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma.
- Defining, evolving, and enforcing a coherent design system (components, tokens, guidelines).
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering; presenting and defending design decisions with clear rationale tied to user needs and business goals.
- Ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and usability for data-dense dashboards and workflows.
- Instrumenting and measuring design impact (adoption, task success, time-to-complete, error rates).
- Demonstrating ownership and initiative; proactively surface risks and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in product design (UX/UI) for 5+ years, with a portfolio of complex B2B/enterprise app redesigns.
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills.
- Advanced Figma proficiency (auto-layout, variants, design tokens).
- Experience designing data-rich dashboards, workflows, and reporting/analytics tools.
- Ability to convert ambiguous, qualitative feedback into actionable design changes.
- Solid grasp of Agile delivery and collaborating in cross-functional squads.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.

- Exposure to payments/fintech, APIs/integrations, ML/AI-driven features, and accessibility best practices.
