The IT company Andersen is looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to join its team and make a significant contribution to the development of the marketing strategy.

Your work will be focused on strengthening the company's brand, creating marketing strategies to attract customers and ensuring effective promotion of our products and services.
Responsibilities
– Strategically and operationally managing outbound funnels (email campaigns, outreach, social media).
– Generating and retaining traffic through inbound marketing: content, SEO, webinars, paid channels, and affiliate activities.
– Managing and coordinating lead generation teams and external agencies.
– Planning and launching new marketing campaigns and sales channels.
– Analyzing performance indicators, conducting A/B tests, and preparing reports.
– Participating in the development and implementation of the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
– Experience in marketing for 6+ years with at least 3 years in B2B marketing (preferably in IT/Tech/SaaS).
– Experience in the US, Europe (DACH, UK) and MENA markets. Candidates with partial regional experience are welcome.
– Proven ability to scale inbound channels and drive organic traffic growth.
– Experience managing content, creative and lead generation teams.
– Proficiency in CRM management and end-to-end marketing analytics.
– Background in launching B2B product and brand campaigns.
– Strategic, results-driven approach with high autonomy and proactivity.
– Strong organizational and process management skills.
– Ability to dive deep into technical details when required.
– Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-informed decision-making.
– Level of English – Intermediate or above.
