Andersen is hiring an Automation QA Engineer (C#) to set up and run automated testing of CRM/CMS modules for an iGaming platform, ensuring quality and user engagement.
The customer is a next-generation tech company focused on providing products across all online gaming verticals: Sportsbook, Casino, and Lottery games, as well as the all-in-one iGaming platform. The company is focused on servicing operators in regulated markets, helping them achieve competitive advantage and supporting them with revolutionary tech innovations.
The project is focused on testing the CRM/CMS module to improve player relationship management and customer engagement, with QA engineers setting up the framework and handling both automated and occasional manual testing.
Responsibilities
- Analysing requirements to design and implement robust tests and automate them.
- Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (Playwright for UI automation and Rest Assured / Rest Sharp for API automation).
- Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate automation into the development lifecycle and enhance software quality.
- Performing various types of automated testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identifing, document, and track defects, working with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Enhancing and maintain automation frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience in test automation for 4+ years.
- Good programming skills in C#.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks, specifically Playwright.
- Experience in API automation, particularly using RestSharp.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA (Xray), TestRail, or similar.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes for automated test execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Level of English – from Intermediate plus and above.
Desired skills
- Experience working with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks.
- iGaming domain experience.
