Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst to enhance a global booking platform in the beauty and wellness industry, improving processes and supporting millions of clients and professionals worldwide.

The customer is a global provider of digital booking solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. Serving millions of clients and over 100,000 professionals worldwide, it offers both a convenient marketplace for customers and business management tools for service providers, helping them grow and streamline operations.

The project is focused on enhancing the largest and fastest growing booking platform that connects beauty, wellness and health professionals with local customers, powering hundreds of millions of appointments each year. This platform currently uses Service Cloud for both sales and service, with sales processes running primarily through Cases and Opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering requirements and specifying what will be included in MVP.
  • Writing User stories.
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborating with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
  • Performing gap analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce implementation and a consultative approach to delivering tailored solutions for 3+ years.
  • Knowledge of best practices of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Practical experience in Sales Cloud and complementary knowledge of Service Cloud.
  • Skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud features and Service Cloud basics, delivering value through process automation and user adoption strategies.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
