Business/System Analyst

Summary

Andersen is looking for a Business/System Analyst for a Kazakh bank project, developing a Flutter-based loyalty app with management tools, analytics, and gamification.

The customer is one of the leading commercial banks in Kazakhstan. The bank's main areas of activity are corporate and retail banking. It also actively participates in the securities market and currency operations in Kazakhstan. The customer has its network of branches and offices throughout the Republic, serving more than 100,000 legal entities and 1.5 million individuals.

The project is the development of a Flutter-based mobile loyalty program with a new architecture, unified management interface, analytics dashboard, and gamification features.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business processes from product owners and other stakeholders.
• Describing, modeling, and optimizing processes and products related to services or offerings.
• Communicating with clients, internal departments, service providers, and vendors.
• Developing functional requirements for IT teams.
• Preparing user documentation.
• Conducting research on current market solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business/System Analyst for 1+ years.
• Experience as a System Analyst in the banking sector or financial technologies; experience with mobile applications for legal entities.
• Strong ability to gather and structure requirements, conduct interviews and workshops.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations; hands-on experience in business process modeling.
• Proficiency in writing functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams; solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under multitasking conditions and tight deadlines.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
