Summary

Andersen is hiring a Delivery Manager in the UAE. The project aims to digitize real estate operations by integrating IT systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.

The customer is a large Middle Eastern organization driving sustainability and technological innovation across multiple sectors. It operates in several countries in the region, focusing on environment, energy, healthcare, real estate, and smart technologies. Its portfolio includes projects in renewable energy, digital transformation, and sustainable urban development.

The project is focused on strengthening the digital ecosystem of the real estate business by aligning its technology initiatives with centralized IT systems and governance. It includes implementing and integrating digital solutions across sales, leasing, facilities, customer service, and finance to improve operational efficiency and ensure full compliance with corporate IT and security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary liaison between the Real Estate business and Central IT, ensuring alignment of business needs with technical solutions.
  • Managing IT projects end-to-end – from planning and requirement gathering to delivery, testing, and rollout.
  • Overseeing the implementation and adoption of ERP, CRM (Salesforce), Property Management, and digital platforms.
  • Identifying process gaps, recommending automation improvements, and ensuring system efficiency.
  • Coordinating integrations between enterprise applications and external systems.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests within SLAs.
  • Maintaining system uptime, access control, and IT asset utilization in collaboration with Central IT.
  • Managing vendors, budgets, and license renewals to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Supporting IT governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy initiatives across the business.
  • Monitoring project KPIs and reporting on the effectiveness of digital solutions.
  • Facilitating training sessions and promoting user adoption of digital tools.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and IT partners to ensure project success.
  • Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all IT operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT and in IT and digital roles for 7+ years, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience coordinating with centralized IT or shared service functions.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of property management and facility management systems.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Solid knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience in Real Estate development, property management, or facilities management industry.
  • Certifications in digital transformation, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Generative AI, or low-code platforms (Oracle APEX, N8N).
