Responsibilities
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.
- Integrating with various APIs and external services.
- Participating in the deployment and configuration of applications in a production environment.
- Ensuring smooth operation and performance optimization.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Conducting analysis and debugging code errors.
Requirements
- Experience working with Python for 3+ years.
- Excellent command of at least one major Python framework such as FastAPI, Django/DRF, or Flask.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Practical experience working with React or Angular in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and hands-on experience with at least one provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Confident use of Docker and good understanding of basic CI/CD practices.
- Good understanding of web application architecture, API design, testing approaches, and Git workflows.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and deliver fully scoped features.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Practical knowledge of SQLAlchemy, Celery, asyncio, or Pydantic v2.
- Strong skills in performance optimization and caching techniques.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Hands-on background with Kubernetes, Terraform, or serverless concepts.
- Working knowledge of Next.js or Vue as an additional frontend capability.
- Participation in architectural discussions or contribution to solution design.
- Proven capability to conduct technical interviews.
- Solid mentoring skills when working with junior or mid-level engineers.
- Track record of leading small teams or driving technical initiatives.
