The IT company Andersen invites a Senior UX/UI Designer in India to work on a large-scale internal projects.

Responsibilities
- Leading UX scoping, planning, and prioritization.
- Translating insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clear documentation.
- Running usability tests, interviews, and experiments, and turning findings into improvements.
- Working with product and analytics teams to shape hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria.
- Presenting and defending design solutions to stakeholders and influencing product decisions.
- Maintaining consistency through design systems and established standards.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout agile sprints.
Requirements
- Experience in product-focused UX/UI design for 4+ years.
- Strong understanding of product and customer experience metrics, including retention, conversion, activation, and NPS.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and rapid experimentation.
- Ability to interpret analytics and validate hypotheses using data-driven insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience working with scalable design systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience working on international products or within fast-growing startups.
- Contributions to design processes, design systems, or product discovery activities.
- Case studies demonstrating measurable impact, such as improved conversion or retention.
- Experience facilitating workshops, including design sprints or ideation sessions.
- Public speaking experience or active involvement in a professional community.
