Senior UX/UI Designer in India

Responsibilities

• Leading UX scoping, planning, and prioritization.
• Translating insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clear documentation.
• Running usability tests, interviews, and experiments, and turning findings into improvements.
• Working with product and analytics teams to shape hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria.
• Presenting and defending design solutions to stakeholders and influencing product decisions.
• Maintaining consistency through design systems and established standards.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout agile sprints.

Requirements

• Experience in product-focused UX/UI design for 4+ years.
• Strong understanding of product and customer experience metrics, including retention, conversion, activation, and NPS.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and rapid experimentation.
• Ability to interpret analytics and validate hypotheses using data-driven insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience working with scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience working on international products or within fast-growing startups.
• Contributions to design processes, design systems, or product discovery activities.
• Case studies demonstrating measurable impact, such as improved conversion or retention.
• Experience facilitating workshops, including design sprints or ideation sessions.
• Public speaking experience or active involvement in a professional community.
