Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Recruiter (DACH market) to join the team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 18 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Working with current job openings, searching for and selecting candidates for various IT specialist positions;
  • Analyzing requirements for searches, creating candidate profiles and search maps;
  • Working in various labor markets and finding the most effective sources for attracting candidates;
  • Organizing and conducting in-person/online meetings and interviews;
  • Conducting qualitative analysis of candidates' soft and hard skills;
  • Maintaining communication with hiring managers and collaborating during the recruitment process;
  • Supporting and developing a professional network of contacts;
  • Working with internal recruitment CRM.

Requirements

– Experience in personnel recruitment: 6+ months.

– Experience in the German market.

– Knowledge of various interview methodologies and recruitment tools.

– Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize tasks.

– Interest in IT recruitment and willingness to develop in this field.

– Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

– German language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.

– English language proficiency: Intermediate+ level or higher.
